The summer of 2018 is a wrap and what a great summer it was! A very special and noteworthy experience was had by Dr. DeAngelis and her daughter, Kayla when they helped to build a school in Jamaica!
In July, Dr. DeAngelis and her daughter, Kayla travelled to Port Antonio, Jamaica with a team of volunteers on a "Helping Hands Jamaica" mission. The purpose of the trip was to build a primary school for the students in the Mount Pleasant parish. Working alongside these children every day, learning about their lives, meeting new friends, and exploring Jamaican culture were the highlights of the trip. Truly an experience of a lifetime!
