Q. Are you accepting new patients?

We are always accepting new patients. Contact us to schedule your visit today.

Q. I am nervous about going to the dentist. Can your office help me?

We understand that walking through the door can be a big step for some patients. Rest assured that our entire dental team is understanding and trained to make your visit as comfortable as possible. We offer laughing gas for nervous patients. Follow these tips to help you through your next dental visit.

Q. Does your office offer teeth whitening?

We offer professional take-home whitening kits that produce great results. Learn more about teeth whitening options here.

Q.  What are your fees?

We follow the suggested fees that are outlined in the Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide, as most offices do.

Q. How do you handle my insurance claims?

We send most claims electronically to your insurance company on your behalf.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods include cash, cheque, Debit, Mastercard, Visa and e-Transfer.  For your convenience, we accept credit card payments over the phone.

Q.  Will you remind me about my appointment?

Yes.  Although ultimately, it’s up to you to remember, we will give you a courtesy reminder call one week prior and again one day prior to your appointment. 

Q.  What about appointment cancellations?

Our team plans ahead for your scheduled appointment.  If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of two full business days notice so that we can offer your appointment time to another patient in need of care.

Q.  What are your wait times like?

We manage our schedule carefully because we respect the importance of your time.  When you book an appointment with us, that time is dedicated to your mouth care.  It’s helpful if you can arrive a few minutes before your appointed time to get settled in, and if you’re running late, we always appreciate a heads-up. 

Q.  Does your office treat kids?

Absolutely. We offer comprehensive dental treatment to your entire family.

Q. How early should I start bringing my child to the dentist?

It’s great if a child can watch a parent or older sibling at around age 2 years.   Typically, we plan for a first full visit to take place closer to age 3.  Use these tips to help prepare for your child's first dental visit.

Q. What type of x-rays do you use?

We use digital x-rays which results in as much as a 90% reduction in radiation exposure.

Q. Is parking free?

Yes. We have a private parking lot with ample parking.

Q. What amenities do you offer in your treatment rooms?

We are committed to your total comfort, so we also offer blankets, pillows, sunglasses, TVs with headphones and temperature control units in our treatment rooms.
