What To Expect During Your First Visit
Your first appointment with us will take roughly 60 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early to get familiar with our office and to give us your New Patient Forms.
Your Dental Care History – We will start by reviewing your dental care history, as well as any concerns or issues you currently have about your oral health.
Complete Oral Exam – Our staff will do a complete oral exam, with X-rays, to assess your overall oral health.
Answers to Your Questions – Please feel free to bring all of your questions to your first visit. As a patient of Lorne Park Dental, you can expect open communication with every member of our team.
Full Oral Health Plan – At the end of your first visit, we will prepare a detailed plan for your total oral health, including maintenance suggestions and any potential additional dentistry services that you and your dentist agree upon.
If you have dental insurance and would like our help to determine eligibility and coverage, please bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment. We will be glad to submit your dental claims and estimates on behalf of you, our patient. We believe informed patients will make good use of their dental benefits, which will maximize their overall health.
